LBS (Location-Based Service) designates all services and technological systems that can be used to determine the location of a person or object at anytime and in any place.
 
This service provides an amalgamation of community functions colored with entertainment elements and the basic location-based functions. Users can compose mobile communities, use emoticons based on location, get fortune readings, view a friendship index, send their current locations, read and post message on a mobile gathering BBS, access biorhythm information, and much more.
This service allows for the location of friends or family via a mobile phone. (available for all three mobile telecommunications providers) In addition, as users can register or delete their location information viewable by others. This allows for the protection of privacy.
This service offers a variety of information from traffic news to congestion updates in real-time in text and graphic modes for Seoul, Busan, Daegu city streets, highways, and national roads.
This service offers real-time information on routes, public transportation, estimated time, etc. for getting from place to place. Input the origin and the destination, and the service does the rest using a full vector map and presents information in graphic, text, voice, or vibration message modes.
This service combines our mobile map platform with the content and location offerings of other mobile CP companies, including meeting/chatting services.
Using the device location information, this service provides users with accurate location information on maps.
For MS-Based GPS-enable mobile phones, this service offers information to promote driving safety such as fixed/mobile safe driving areas, traffic light violations, bus lane cameras, frequent accident areas, etc.
 
As the core platform facilitating Mobile Location Based Service, it supports operation of positioning infrastructure; loca-tion confirmation networks via mobile telecommunications base station, A-GPS, and standalone GPS bases (operation of WAP, Java, SMS, MMS, Voice, etc. connective networks), subscriber management (various service subscriber mana-gement), coordinates, geocoding, POI name searching, area searching (route planning), and map provision (image / vector modes for devices, Web, or WAP) functions.
